Delivery information and pricing policy

Please note that this shop is intended for use by customers outside the UK only. If the items are to be shipped to an address in the UK, please use our UK Shop.

Please note that following the UK's withdrawal from the European Union, it is likely that customers will need to pay import fees and/or VAT to their local customs officials, or through the delivery agent. These are not included in the sale price paid to us, and it is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of these charges before ordering, and for completing the necessary steps in the process to ensure delivery of their order.

DISPATCH POLICY

We will always endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible. It may not always be possible to dispatch it on the same working day as your order is placed, so dispatch the next working day may occur.

We will not dispatch an order where there is ambiguity with either the address or the delivery instructions so please check your e-mail (including your Junk Mail folder) to ensure that we have not tried to contact you.

All parcels are dispatched using a recorded/confirmed delivery service. Where a choice of delivery agent is available, your options will be given at the checkout. The approximate delivery time for the different couriers is usually very similar - this simply allows you to choose to use the delivery agent you prefer.

If your country is not listed in the drop-down box at the check-out, then I’m afraid we currently don’t deliver to your location.

Royal Mail is the UK postal service. They will pass on the parcel to a partner in your countryice who will be the ones to deliver your parcel to you.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Deliveries to the countries named below usually take 3-7 working days:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

The speed of delivery is often determined by the delivery service in your country, public holidays, the location of your town etc., and possibly by customs clearance times. Unfortunately these are not factors which we can control.

You will likely be contacted by the delivery agent prior to the deliver of your parcel. Please first check the tracking details for your parcel as you may be provided with more information and/or need to contact your local distribution centre if they have a query with the delivery. If you have not received any communication from the delivery agent after five working days of your order being dispatched then please contact us as we may be able to provide information about the progress of your order and give the contact details for your delivery agent so they can be contacted.

If you still have a problem, or have not received your order after ten working days then please contact us. We will do our best to make sure you receive your parcel as soon as possible, and the quicker we know of any possible problems the easier it will be for us to look into.

DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery charges vary depending on the weight, and destination of your order.

A shipping charge, based on the best information available to us at the time, is given at the time of checkout. For some deliveries a surcharges may apply if the courier considers your address to be in a 'remote location'. This will not be known by us until we arrange the shipping with courier. We therefore reserve the right to contact you with a request for further payment to cover the additional delivery costs, or to offer you an alternative delivery method. Or you can cancel you order and receive a refund if you choose not to pay the 'remote delivery' fee.

Please see our Terms And Conditions of Sale for full information.

POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL IMPORT CHARGES AND DUTIES

Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to local taxes and import restrictions. This is likely to be the case for most customers following the UK's withdrawal from the European Union. It is the sole responsibility of the customer undertaking the import to take the necessary action within their country to enable the delivery of their parcel.
Customers should check with the authorities in their country before ordering, as we may not issue refunds for orders which are not delivered due to a failure on the part of the customer to ensure any customs charges, or processing fees raised by the customs officials or their agents, are paid, or that a necessary part of the customs clearance process is completed.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in your parcel being delayed or even returned to us which will incur re-delivery charges.
If for any reason you are not at your property to accept the parcel and have not left any alternative delivery instructions, it will normally be held at a depot before being returned to us if collection is not made - this may result in further charges.

PRICING POLICY

The prices are listed in Euros, though where your local currency is not the Euro you can choose to pay in your local currency instead.

Prices do not include VAT (Value Added Tax, or 'sales tax'), and this may be payable to your local authorities when you import the products. You may also be charged duties on the import, and it is your responsibility to pay these fees.

The prices of products may alter from time to time to reflect changes in the exchange rates.
